Barby is THE place to explore the local music scene this week!

This week features an incredible lineup of local favorites at our favorite live music venue, Barby! Tonight, high-energy rockers Girafot take the stage (see pic above, credit Gil Rubinstein). On Saturday, alternative pop queen Noga Erez performs. Indie superstar Hila Ruach takes the stage on Monday, followed by classical pianist Shlomi Shaban on Tuesday, and Israeli music legend Eviatar Banai on Wednesday. Tonight: Relive all you favorite hits @ The Wave

It’s time to search for y2k outfit inspo on Pinterest, as it’s that time – Lamda is back with their iconic 2000s party at The Wave! Get ready to dance to slappin’ pop hits you haven’t heard in ages on the pop floor, plus all the best 2000s rock anthems from bands like Linkin Park and Blink-182 on the special MTV floor. Tomorrow: Come support local businesses around Gan HaHashmal

Tomorrow, a fun community fair featuring over 20 local designer shops will take place in Gan HaHashmal. The businesses are inviting everyone to a unique spring sale with discounts on stylish clothes and accessories, fun activities for all ages, and other special offers supporting local shops. NEW DANCE SHOW 😍

Tomorrow: Suzanne Dellal debuts it’s newest choreography show

The original production of Living Room, choreographed by Israeli choreographer Inbal Pinto and presented by Suzanne Dellal Centre, explores the fluidity of identity and the unpredictability of reality. This new work features Pinto’s long-time collaborator, dancer Moran Miller, as well as dancer/choreographer Itamar Seroussi, who returns to the Israeli stage after being based in Europe. DESERT MUSICAL RETREAT 🏜️

Tomorrow: Dudu Tassa, Keren Ann, and many more perform at the 24h fest

Take a break from the city by embarking on a 24-hour musical retreat with Shamans of Sound at Kfar Hanokdim near the Dead Sea. This special event features dozens of musicians, DJs, magicians and facilitators who will guide you through different musical worlds. Ballroom Culture is making its way to Tel Aviv next week with a huge Blossom Kiki Ball in Hameretz 2 on Tuesday night! This legendary underground scene, born in 60s New York, empowers LGBTQIA2S+ youth and adults to serve on the catwalk for trophies, cash prizes, and pure glory. TEL AVIV NIGHT RUN 🏃‍♀️

Wednesday: Join the community at the traditional run around town

Tel Aviv Papaya Night Run is finally back and it’s bigger than ever! Originally just a 10K race, runners can now choose between 5K, 10K, and 15K distances 😉 Also this year, Night Run will host around 3,000 IDF soldiers from various units to participate for free, be sure to cheer for them as they pass by with their unit flags!
