1. Bellboy Bar – Best Cocktail Bar in Tel Aviv 🍸

Taking first place this year, Bellboy is still the bar we recommend when someone asks where to get the best cocktails in Tel Aviv. Located inside the Berdichevsky Hotel, with a 1920s speakeasy vibe, dim lighting, vintage décor, and bartenders who treat every drink like a performance. If it’s your first time, don’t just order off the menu. Tell the bartender what flavours you like and let them surprise you. And if you can, book a seat at The Butler – a unique, fancy, and tasteful back-room bar only accessible through a coded secret door, and hosted by an experienced mixologist who will know exactly how to make your night memorable! 2. Concierge – Dizengoff Favourite! 👑

If Bellboy is all about theatrical cocktails, Concierge feels much more like the neighbourhood spot you’ll keep coming back to. It earned second place thanks to consistently great drinks, one of the best Happy Hours in the city, and a relaxed atmosphere right in the middle of Dizengoff. We usually order one of the seasonal house cocktails and a couple of small plates to share, though the mocktails here are surprisingly good too. 3. 7 to 1 Lab – The Cocktail Lab 🧪

Rounding out the top three is 7 to 1 Lab, which feels completely different from the first two. Instead of a classic cocktail menu, every drink is built around your own preferences using modern techniques right in front of you, so no two visits are exactly the same. It’s part cocktail bar, part laboratory, without feeling gimmicky. The Japanese dishes from Chef Yama San and the TYO kitchen are worth ordering alongside the drinks, especially if you’re planning to stay for the evening. 4. Kab Kem – Asian Vibes 🇹🇭

Just outside the top three, Kab Kem is one of those places where the food is just as important as the cocktails. The name comes from the Thai tradition of gathering around a table with friends over food, drinks and music, and that’s exactly the atmosphere here. We usually order a couple of cocktails and fill the table with Thai sharing plates instead of sticking to one main. 5. Mozambique – Best on Nahalat Binyamin 🇲🇿

Staying around Nahalat Binyamin, Mozambique has quickly become one of the busiest cocktail spots in the area. The space is split between an outdoor terrace, a cute downstairs bar and an upstairs DJ area, so the vibe changes as the night goes on. Their Espresso Martini is one of the best we’ve had in Tel Aviv, but the house cocktails are just as good if you’re in the mood to try something new. 6. Fantastic TLV – Theatrical Cocktails 🎭

If you’re after something a little more polished, Fantastic is a fun change of pace. It sits inside the Port & Blue Hotel and pairs creative cocktails with a full dinner menu in a space that feels more like an old European lounge than a typical TLV bar. The theatrical presentation is part of the experience, but the drinks back it up too. We’d come hungry, order a few cocktails alongside dinner, and take your time here rather than treating it as just another stop on a bar crawl. 7. The Library Bar in the Norman Hotel – Sophistication 📚

A completely different pace here. The Library Bar sits inside The Norman, one of Tel Aviv’s most polished boutique hotels, and it plays things straight: well-made cocktails, delivered with the kind of service you’d expect from a five-star address. It’s less about spectacle and more about winding down after a long day in the city. The bar runs seven days a week, 10am to 1am, so it works just as well for an afternoon drink as a nightcap. 8. 223 – Tel Aviv’s OG Cocktail Bar 🎩

From classic hotel elegance, 223 takes things in a more old-school cocktail bar direction. It’s one of the pioneers of Tel Aviv’s cocktail scene and still one of the easiest places to recommend if you appreciate well-made drinks. The menu changes regularly, so there’s usually something new to try, while the bartenders are always happy to make something based on your favourite flavours. 9. Bitter Bar – Levinsky’s Hidden Gem 🍋

Just off Levinsky Market, Bitter Bar earns its name honestly — sharp drinks in a space that doesn’t try too hard. Big circular lighting hangs over a marble bar, setting a tone that matches the sound and energy of the room. Owner Aviv Kedar worked with ON Studio on the interior, aiming for something casual and effortless, and it shows in a warehouse space that could easily have felt cold instead. 10. Sky Riders – Hipster Cocktails 🧔

Looking for a Tel Avivi hidden gem? Don’t worry, we got you with this high quality recommendation; Skyriders is secretly located in one of the most obvious spots in the city, Park HaMesila, but offers such a unique vibe. Sit outdoors with friends and amazing drinks or head upstairs to dance your heart out. 11. Molam – Thai Cocktails 🇹🇭

From there, Molam brings things back toward the city centre with a completely different vibe. Opened by the team behind Thai at Har Sinai, it’s more of a cocktail bar with excellent Thai food than a restaurant that happens to serve drinks. 12. Cafe Europa – Dinner, Then Cocktails 🇪🇺

From Har Sinai, it’s a short walk back to Rothschild for Cafe Europa, where dinner comes first and cocktails follow. Spicehaus has been one of Tel Aviv’s best cocktail bars for years, so it’s no surprise it made this year’s list too. The whole space is styled like an old pharmacy, so don’t be surprised if your drink turns up in a flask or a beaker. 14. Rooftop 98 – Cocktails with a View 🌇

If you’re looking for a place to impress someone without going too fancy, Rooftop 98 is a great pick. It leans more food bar than classic rooftop, with a menu built around sharing plates, fresh fish, and Mediterranean flavours. 15. Jasper John’s – The Bartenders’ Bar 🧑‍🍳

Jasper John’s is the bar the bartenders from all the fancier cocktail spots head to once their own shift ends. 16. Fruits & Co – Get Fruity 🍌

Inside Shuk HaCarmel, Fruits & Co keeps things simple: fresh fruit cocktails made with produce pulled straight from the market around it. Watching them build the drink in front of you is half the fun, especially on a hot afternoon. It’s a good stop if you’re already wandering the shuk and want a break that doesn’t feel like a detour. 17. Ezra Bar – Florentin Favourite 😀

Down in Florentin, Ezra is built around music first and drinks second. The name comes from the owners’ grandfather, and the space is designed to feel like a childhood living room rather than a typical bar. A serious sound system and an intimate layout make it a natural stop for anyone who cares about what’s playing as much as what’s in their glass. SPECIAL MENTION – California Bar – First Aid 🚨

Hashuk St 3 | Levinsky Market

California Bar still deserves a spot on this list, even after the building it operated from collapsed in February 2026. Before that, it was famous for one of the best Happy Hours in Tel Aviv, huge nacho plates, and movie nights projected onto the wall next door, making it one of Levinsky’s favourite places to spend an evening. The team is currently running a HeadStart campaign to help rebuild, and we’re hoping to see them back serving cocktails again soon. Until then, they definitely deserve the special mention!
