If you’re looking for a place to impress someone without going too fancy, Rooftop 98 is a great pick. Sitting on top of a boutique hotel in the middle of Dizengoff, it has a rare Tel Aviv rooftop feeling. It’s more of a food bar than a classic rooftop, with a menu built around sharing plates, fresh fish, seafood, and Mediterranean-style dishes. Some favorites from the menu include the yellowtail sashimi, sea fish carpaccio, crispy artichoke bruschetta, and the fish shawarma — plus the chocolate mousse is a great way to finish.
