CINEMATHEQUE TURNS 50! 🎂
Tonight celebrate one of Tel Aviv’s most iconic cultural institutions
The Cinematheque, located on the corner of Haarba’a Street and Carlebach, is not only the home to independent cinema in Tel Aviv, but it is also home to some of our most beloved festivals such as DocAviv, TLVFest, and the ICON sci-fi conference. SHAPIRA SPRING FESTIVAL 🌱
Head down to Tel Aviv’s craziest neighbourhood tonight for a party
Tel Aviv’s moat interesting neighbourhood invites you to a party to celebrate Spring tonight! Try delicious cuisine from local restaurants, pop in to a workshop, and hang out with the most authentic people in the city. THURSDAY PROTEST 💪
The 12th week of protests – each week they’re getting larger and stronger!
The city grinds to a halt again on Thursday in protest against the ongoing judicial reforms. This will be the 12th consecutive week of protests, with more and more people joining each week. Last week over 300k people took to the streets – just over 3% of the population. As the protests grow you can definitely sense they’re making a difference – with more global media coverage and more voices speaking out against the reforms. The main centers of the protest continue to be Habima Square and Kaplan Street, with localized protests around the city. More details on the Secret Tel Aviv website.

Meet amazing people, clean the beach, and lead by example this Friday morning with our favourite environmental community Plastic Free Israel. Are you ready to clean our home for Passover?! We are! Israel’s top players battle it out this weekend on Frishman Beach
Get ready to witness the best volleyball players in the country showcase their skills on the sand for two days! With games throughout the day on Friday and Saturday, this is the perfect opportunity to combine entertainment, sunbathing, and eating deliciouis cold acai bowls. Two of our favourite Tel Aviv hipster hangouts combine for a special event on Saturday afternoon as Dying Lake Comic Store throws the Printopia pop-up market at Teder. From stickers and prints to beautiful books and brochures, you’ll find everything you need to indulge your love of print. Straight after Printopia, Teder is hosting a party to celebrate the first issue of Eexportt magazine, filled with works from local artists. Israel kick off their Euro 2024 qualifying campaign on Saturday
Israel kick off their Euro 2024 qualifying campaign against Kosovo this Saturday at the Bloomfield Stadium in Jaffa. This could be a great opportunity for Israel to qualify for their first international tournament since 1970 – with a strong squad and a favourable qualifying group. Cheer on the team, including Premier League star Manor Solomon (pic above) – kick off is at 8pm and tickets are still available for 155 NIS. Russian rap legend arrives to Tel Aviv next Monday at the EXPO Center
Oxxxymiron, one of the most popular and influential Russian hip-hop artists, is coming to Expo Tel Aviv next Monday night. His unique blend of rap, hip-hop, and poetry has captivated audiences all around the world. In recent years, Oxxxymiron has also become known for his political activism and criticism of the Russian government. More details about the concert on our website.
