The city grinds to a halt again on Thursday in protest against the ongoing judicial reforms. This will be the 12th consecutive week of protests, with more and more people joining each week.
Last week over 300k people took to the streets – just over 3% of the population. As the protests grow you can definitely sense they’re making a difference – with more global media coverage and more voices speaking out against the reforms.
The main centers of the protest continue to be Kaplan Street, with localized protests around the city.
