Tu B’Shvat is a Jewish Holiday that celebrates trees and nature. There’s loads of cool events this year, including: Tree planting around the city; on Friday: Floral Home Fair @ Beit Hanna and a huge Winery Party (coaches pickup in Kikar Rabin); Sunday (erev Tu B’Shvat): Mystical Seder @ TAIS (Sun) and The Enchanted Table @ Chabad on the Coast ; and Monday: TED-Style Talks @ Irichu 6. Starting tonight, Gan Hachashmal will host Electricity Makers, a super cool four-day festival with workshops, exhibitions, tours and meetups. Other crazy events around town this weekend include: two huge Drag Shows at Bascula (Thur) and Anna Loulou (Sat). An evening dedicated to Petitim @ Cuckoo’s Nest (Sat); and Blind Orchestra @ The Container (Sat).
