Cinema Hostel Jerusalem is a unique spot where the city’s history and film culture meet. Housed in the old Orion Cinema, the building keeps its classic Jerusalem stone exterior and iconic dome, while the interior channels a playful, theatrical vibe inspired by Radio City Music Hall. It’s a building that’s seen decades of culture, now reborn as a social, welcoming hostel.
Each room at Cinema Hostel has its own movie-themed identity, so even a simple stay feels a bit like stepping onto a set. The design nods to the building’s cinematic past without feeling kitschy, and the rooms are practical and cozy for both solo travelers and groups.
The hostel isn’t just about the rooms. There’s a bar to grab a casual drink, a lounge to meet fellow travelers, and regular tours and activities to keep you connected to the city. It’s easy to spend the day exploring Jerusalem and return to a place where you immediately feel at home.
Location-wise, Cinema Hostel puts you in the heart of the action. You’re a short walk from the Old City, cultural spots, and Jerusalem’s nightlife. It’s the kind of place where you can balance sightseeing, socializing, and quiet downtime, all under a roof that carries the city’s creative history.
