Near the intersection of Shalma (Salame) Road and Jerusalem Boulevard, this is the point that the metro stops being underground and becomes a Light Rail Network. It’s the closest station to Jaffa Old City, Jaffa Flea Market (Shuk HaPishpeshim), and the Jaffa Port – with many luxury boutique hotels nearby. During the day get lost in the Old City’s narrow streets and find some treasures in the flea market, and in the evening the streets become filled with bars and restaurants.

Favourite Bars and Restaurants in the Area: Chef Restaurant OCD is very close to the station (but you have to reserve 6 months in advance), and the must-visit Itzik HaGadol is nearby – with crazy meat and tonnes of side salads. Other hidden gems  with a short walk from the station include Puaa, chef restaurant Beit Kandinof, and top sushi restaurant Selas. Shuk HaPishpeshim is full of bars and a great place to hang out in the evening.

From here the tram heads South down Jerusalem Boulevard, with stops at Bloomfield Station and Ehrlich before continuing to Wolfson Medical Center and Bat Yam.
