Hacarmel 40 is a small, unassuming stand in the Carmel Market, but don’t let that fool you. They serve up some of the most delicious and fresh fish sandwiches you’ll ever taste. The fish is fresh and flaky, the bread is toasted, and the toppings are perfectly balanced.
In addition to their famous fish sandwiches, they also offer a variety of other seafood dishes, including grilled shrimp and calamari.
It’s a great lunch spot, but get ready to wait in line for good 30-40 mins (we promise, it’s worth all the wait)
