After years of working with Italian cuisine, working in Michelin restaurants and authentic restaurants in the villages of the Emilia Romana region in northern Italy, chef Tamar Cohen Tzedek created her latest restaurant in the center of Tel Aviv. Cucina is an authentic restaurant perfect for a good dinner with dishes that are simply delightful to the palate and must be tasted such as ricotta and tartufo ravioli, poached egg and asparagus alongside a good glass of wine. The restaurant is open 4 days a week, it is advisable to make a reservation in advance because it fills up quickly!
