Most of the fun hostels are in downtown Jerusalem, and there also some great Christian guesthouses in the Old City! A bed in a dorm costs on average $20 per night, and a private room for couples costs on average $70 per night.

Abraham Hostel Jerusalem – Machne Yehuda Market
