It’s been a while since we were this blown away by a place. Osu greets all Shuk goers on Hillel Hazaken with incredible bites and outstanding smells. Their iconic Japanese Smash Burger is nothing to joke about; two flavorful patties seasoned with extra flakey sea salt (makes a difference), grilled onions, pickles and, best of all, blacked garlic mayo. Wow. The menu extends to ramen and even a fresh fish option on Sundays only. The thoughtful small details that go into Osu is what makes the big flavor happen.
