The Tel Aviv wine scene is rapidly surpassing other major metropolitan cities. And Flor perfectly exemplifies what I mean by that. First things first… they’ve absolutely nailed the aesthetic that encompasses the overall refreshing atmosphere. The tiled concrete bleachers and charming community table permit for flowing conversations, and the spiral staircase that leads to the restroom is just the icing on the cake. Accompanied by their natural wine selection, their menu is different every night – keeping us coming back for more. Or it could be the pillows of pasta packed with soft cheeses and served in a bath of sage garlic butter. Either way, come for the aesthetic, stay for the food & wine.
