BEST EVENTS TONIGHT 🔥

Tonight is full with films, music & parties! Join our WhatsApp for daily updates

Life moves pretty fast – and tonight Tel Aviv is giving you plenty of reasons to stop and look around. For a chilled one, catch Ferris Bueller’s Day Off under the stars at Gan HaPisga, go full cult classic with Leon at Matmon, or pick up some treats at the monthly Mipo Market in Jaffa. More in the mood for live music? Harel Skaat takes over Barby, Yehezkel Raz brings ambient piano to Beit Radical, Linkin Park gets the full orchestra treatment at ZOA House, and Porcher debut their indie rock sound at Hameretz 2. Later on, things get nicely weird with Japan Night at Jazz Kissa, Topless at Saffe, cocktails and live music at Chacho’s, and Off Grid at Kuli Alma. 👉 Want the best events sent straight to your phone every day? Tomorrow is stacked from early evening to very late night. Start with oysters, champagne and Odelly live at Mitzpor, a pasta pop-up with Kris at Wineberry, Sponder Comedy at Beit HaHayal, or a scary little YouTube Horror night at Matmon. For live music, check out Israeli favourites Teapacks at Barby (also on Friday), Dudu Faruk takes Reading 3 into full chaos mode, Atar Mayner leads a sound meditation at Cloud Space, and movie soundtracks get the candlelight treatment at Saint Nicholas Monastery in Jaffa. Then the night properly opens up: Nomads brings rooftop techno to The Hive, 443 Thursday lands at Rafi, Decision Festival fills Gagarin with three rooms, OUT OF MIND celebrates Omri Guetta’s birthday at Collabo, and Guy Mantzur goes all night long at The Place. 👉 Find more events happening tomorrow on the Secret Tel Aviv App.

BIG CONCERT WEEK 🎸

Huge shows every night: Teapacks, Rita, Yossi Fine, Avihu Pinhasov, and more

There are big concerts every night this week. Tonight kicks off with Yehezkel Raz at Beit Radical. Tomorrow is all about big energy with Teapacks at Barby, Dudu Faruk at Reading 3 and Odelly live at Mitzpor. Friday brings more Teapacks, plus YUZ’s psychedelic Mediterranean spice rock at Reading 3. Saturday belongs to Rita and her Let’s Dance show at Barby. Monday Amama Jazz hosts Tohar with special guest Atar Mayner. Tuesday has Yossi Fine at Inbal Theater and Keren Peles bringing her bold rock-cabaret to Barby, with another show on Wednesday. GAME OF SKATE 🛹

Friday: Thrash Addiction crew brings skater’s paradise to Teder

Teder and Thrash Addiction are turning Beit Romano into a skate playground this Friday, with a custom ramp, open-call trick competition and live sets all afternoon. Thrash Addiction has been part of Tel Aviv’s skate, punk, hardcore and DIY culture since 2004, so this is their world crashing into Teder’s iconic courtyard. Expect local skate and fashion pop-ups, performances from Klin Sadyle, Shed, Kea, Detroit and DJ Smiles, plus a surprise guest still under wraps. The public trick contest is 18+, registration is on-site and spots are limited – get there early if you want in. 👉 Find more info and more events on the Secret Tel Aviv App.

TAKI TOURNAMENT 🎲

Saturday: A family Taki tournament at Schnitt with the man who started it all

Schnitt Brewing Company is hosting a very Israeli Taki Tournament this Saturday, with special guest Haim Shafir, the legendary Israeli game creator who invented Taki back in 1983! Expect a festive afternoon of competitive card-slamming, prizes for the winners, and at least a few family arguments. The first session is already sold out, but there are still spots available for 15:00. Entry is just 5 NIS per participant. 👉 Check out Schnitt’s page on the Secret Tel Aviv App for full details, more events, Happy Hour info and special Secret Tel Aviv Deals.

FREE JAZZ NIGHT 🎷

Saturday: A perfect summer evening with Beit Haamudim at Park Hatachana

Summer isn’t quitting, and neither is the Beit HaAmudim jazz series at Park HaTachana. This Saturday, the free sunset sessions return with Quinta Ensemble, led by Chen Levy, reimagining Israeli classics – from Shoshana Damari to Corinne Allal – through a sophisticated jazz lens. Expect heavy groove, hot improv and a properly relaxed August evening on the grass, with Ishay Belaga keeping things moving before and after the show with jazz, soul, funk and hip-hop on vinyl. Come early, grab a drink from one of the nearby bars and find a good spot. 👉 Find more info and more free events on the Secret Tel Aviv App.

70 YEARS OF TZAVTA  🎭

Starting Tuesday: One of Tel Aviv’s cultural OGs is turning 70

Founded in 1955 by poet Avraham Shlonsky, Tzavta has spent seven decades being a home for Israeli theatre, music, comedy, literature and political conversation, and its stage has been the starting point for some of Israel’s biggest artists. Now they’re celebrating with the month-long Freedom to Create festival, bringing dozens of concerts, plays, films, exhibitions, talks and special performances throughout September. The lineup jumps from Esther Rada, Dikla, Jimbo J and Tziporela to Arabic theatre, political discussions, queer cabaret (pic above) and even a Madonna-inspired fashion + protest night. 👉 Check out the full programme here and more events on the Secret Tel Aviv App.

LA NUIT DE LA PHILOSOPHIE 🇫🇷

Next Thursday: French Embassy’s annual philosophy night is back for its 10th year

Next Thursday, the 10th edition of La Nuit de la Philosophie is coming to Tel Aviv, bringing together more than 2,000 people, 100 speakers and 37 debates across 8 venues for one very big night of ideas. This year’s theme asks a pretty huge question: after nearly three years of war, how do we rebuild, and rebuild ourselves? The night will bring together philosophers, writers, artists and other thinkers for conversations about how we imagine and reinvent the future, starting at 6.45pm at the French Institute and venues around the city. 👉 Check more info and more unique events on the Secret Tel Aviv App.

YAFO JAZZ FESTIVAL 🎷

Starting next Thursday: Come Together for three days of Beatles inspired jazz

The Yafo Jazz Festival is back for its 11th edition, taking over ZOA House for three days of jazz starting next Thursday and until Saturday – and this year it’s all about The Beatles. The programme reimagines everything from Abbey Road and Rubber Soul to Magical Mystery Tour and The White Album, with leading Israeli musicians and international guests from Austria, Finland, Azerbaijan, Italy and Romania. There’s also a gospel opening night, Latin-jazz versions of Beatles classics, special duets and a huge closing show bringing all 12 festival soloists together. 👉 Check out more info and more cultural events on the Secret Tel Aviv App.
