Covenant Israel Winery – A Modern Day Aliyah Story
In 2011, Covenant Winery Co-Founder and Winemaker Jeff Morgan, visited Israel for the first time in almost 40 years. The wine regions of Northern Israel reminded him of his home in Northern California where he had been making wine for over 20 years. Inspired by the long history of wine making in region, Jeff decided to begin making wine in Israel under the name Covenant Israel. Join us as we taste through the wines of Covenant Israel while Jeff shares his life story and how wine making brought him and his family back to Israel to create the first and only American/Israeli winery.
