Great excitement! A moment after they released their new album and at the height of a world tour, the Indie-Pop-Psychedelia Jesair is landing for the first time in Israel.
Soap bubbles, sounds from outer space, pop-up candy, cotton candy – a few words that try to describe the music so special that Jayseyer creates. The band, which was born in Brooklyn in the mid-end of the previous decade, has released five albums to date, collaborating with artists such as Beat For Lasches and Simian Mobile Disco and plowing countless stages and festivals. Like quite a few stories, here too the two main actors in the band Chris Keating and Anand Wilder began to play together in high school under varied influences such as soundtracks for Bollywood movies from the 1970s to Celtic music.
Each of Yissayer’s album has a set of sounds and themes that characterize it – from technological to spiritual. In the wrappers they combine high art with pop art and abstract elements. The new album “erotic poetry” is somewhat unusual in the way it was created and in the texts that appear in it. It was written and produced by the three members of the ensemble as a creative collective, recorded in the home studio, each built for himself and released by a completely independent label bearing their name, this is their most refined album yet – the intro clips are shortened, the rules are very immediate and catchy; But also those that encourage listeners to think, with a political and social statement and human warmth.

The evening will be opened by the local ensemble Armon, a supergraph of musicians who make a dreamy pop synth in Hebrew with a special aesthetic that is unique to them.
