The conference is an initiative of the Bulgarian Jewish Heritage House in Jaffa, in cooperation with the Union of Bulgarian Immigrants, the Salvador Association, the Israel Bulgaria Friendship Association, the Claims Conference, The Learning Project, and the Herzlina Yager Foundation, in cooperation with the Yad Vashem International Holocaust Research Institute, the Dahan Center at the University Bar-Ilan, and Tel Aviv Cinematheque,
