World Butt Cleanup Day, a project that started in the Netherlands and became global, on the first of July people from 15 different countries took to the streets and beaches dozens of organizations and thousands of volunteers to clean up and raise awareness of the most common item of waste in the western world – cigarette butts.
Many do not know that differences are made of plastic (!),
which makes difference the most common and most used single-use plastic item in the world that also does not end up in the trash can.
We will represent Israel!
Only in Israel about 10 million straws are thrown away irresponsibly, which is a really crazy number…
There will be cleaning points and collection of differences will take place on several different beaches:
Tel Aviv
Netanya
Ashdod
Herzliya
Havazelet Hasharon
יום נקיון הבדלים העולמי הוא פרויקט שהתחיל בהולנד והפך לעולמי, בראשון ליולי אנשים מ15 ארצות שונות שונות יצאו לרחובות ולחופים עשרות ארגונים ואלפי מתנדבים על מנת לנקות ולהעלות את המודעות לפריט הפסולת הנפוץ ביותר בעולם המערבי- בדלי הסיגריות.
הרבה לא יודעים שהבדלים עשויים מפלסטיק (!) מה שהופך את הבדל לפריט פלסטיק חד פעמי הכי נפוץ והכי משומש בעולם שגם לא מגיע לפח האשפה.
אנחנו נייצג את ישראל!רק בישראל כ 10 מליון בדלים נזרקים בצורה לא אחראית, שזה נתון באמת מטורף!
