White Night Bike Ride @ Habima Square

To celebrate White Night in Tel Aviv-Yaffo, we’ll go out on a special ride, and take the opportunity to switch to monthly evening rides for the hot summer times. We’ll cycle together on the open road, with party music and wind in our hair, bigging up everyone who who rolls around the city without polluting it. This time we’ll finish the ride in Gan HaPisga in Yaffo, to check out a cool White Night live music show and have a cold beer.

* We’ll meet at Habima Square at 20:00 and set off at 20:30.
* We’re into having fun and being seen and heard. So please bring whistles, bells, lights, costumes, and if you have speakers: some music!
* We ride at a chilled pace, so no need to be in amazing shape or have a fancy bike. We cycle on the road as a group, where we have safety in numbers and look out for each other.
* We ride every month, whatever the weather.
* For anyone worried about such things – it’s all legal and no special permit is required from the police. We follow the rules of the road.
* The rides are part of the global Critical Mass movement, and take place in hundreds of cities around the world at the end of each month. We don’t have a formal leadership and anyone who wishes to contribute to organizing the rides is very welcome to get involved!
