Directed by Michal Raz and Jonathan Goldstein, The Future Is Not Coming is a short mockumentary that follows The Plastic Diamonds, a band in quest for success, obsessed since the early 2000 with the Zeitgeist, playing always the same song and adapting their music and style to the trend of the moment.

Michal Raz was born in Jerusalem, she lives and works in London.
Jonathan Goldstein was born in Geneva, he lives and works in Tel Aviv.

The screening will be followed by a talk with Dr. Joshua Simon, Director and Chief Curator of MoBY – Museums of Bat Yam.
