‘The Flies’ are a cooperative and independent rock band of friends and musicians, who joined together to make music and fun together. The band was founded by Oren Kaplan, Maor Cohen and Dan Toren at the end of 1996. They were joined by Yuval Shafrir, Peter Roth, Uri Tchelet, Amit Liron and Jungo. The album was recorded by Ami Shalev from the Monotonix and was performed in London by Ronen Tal The Zabavim recorded a cover version of ‘Why Did not You Tell Me?’ By Arik. The album was also the first song recorded in the framework of the Hebrew work project. The song was successful but not included in the album ‘Zazirim’, ‘The Rock of the Flies’, ‘That’s Not Carol’ and ‘You’ from the album became hits, the album was accompanied by a successful tour, To the light, Dan, Jango, Shafrir, Uri blue and Peter returned to New York stay with Monica Sex. The tour lasted about a year and at the height warmed ‘flies’ the hive appearance at Hayarkon Park in ’99.
The flies never fell apart, they just turned to humming each one in his affairs.

Every few years there were flyouts like a free Barbie performance in 2004, and musical and laughter sessions in Shafrir’s studio. In honor of the performance, the flies recorded several songs that will be released in the coming months.
