*The challenge*: building a system that automatically creates and maintains a list of top 10 items (such as Top 10 TV series, Education Apps, Health & Fitness Apps, Free Email, many many more) based on public datasets (such as online publications, magazines, newspapers) or social networks (Reddit, Quora).
