*The festival will be directed by Tom Haimov.
*Yoga with Moore & Moore.
*Surfing culture and rules workshop with Natalie Coconat, instructor and home for surfers in Israel in Caesarea, Sdot Yam and the surrounding area.
*A lecture by Yam Salman on women’s health and early detection, and an explanation of the mobile gynecological clinic of the Illumigan company.
With the participation of Maccabi doctors and the Women’s Council
*Salsa and chata with Inbal Klein.
*Skateboard workshop with cedar bar.
*Skate band session from JSG.
* An experiential Shiatsu workshop with Noi Krako to relieve pain after a surfing session.
*The Switch with Joe Gutman, a lecture on fear management and keeping calm in extreme situations.
*The Krav Maga workshop saves lives are Naomi Komolosh Caspi. Self-defense in the public space, harassment, assaults and only sex.
* A workshop by the personal development coach and mentor, Roi Amos, on the subject of violence against women.
*Live performance by the band 70 Faces.

*סדנת סקייטבורד עם בר ארז.

*סדנת שיאצו חוויתית עם נוי קרקו לשחרור כאבים אחרי סשן גלישה.
*הסוויץ’ עם ג’ו גוטמן,הרצאה בנושא ניהול הפחד ושמירת קור רוח במצבי קיצון.
*סדנת קרב מגע מצילת חיים הם נעמי קומולוש כספי.התגוננות במרחב הציבורי,הטרדות,תקיפות ורק מיני.
*סדנא של מהמאמן התפתחות אישית ומנטור,רועי עמוס,בנושא אלימות כלפי נשים.
*הופעה חיה של להקת 70 פנים.
