Spring Valley Trail Race will be held on April 3, 2020.
The race will be held at different distances: 5km, 10km, 21km, 31km, 42km.
Unique race-opportunity for family members to partner running experience, accompany, encourage and embrace the end.
the purpose of the race to hold an event that combines professional sports like running a marathon, 31 km and 21 km and social sport of running groups, individual runners, families and friends of the late Rose Avner who will run in memory .
The families of the race participants have the option of staying independently in the Gan Hashlosha complex and the Kibbutz Nahal area.
At the start of the race there will be an easy race for children and parents to 1000 meters without registration and no cost.
Logistics – All logistics is concentrated in the three-promenade complex, significant respect for runners throughout the race hours at the three-promenade complex by the finish position.
At the three-promenade garden complex, hot water showers all night.
Indulgent drinking stations for runners along the route – in addition there will be light refreshments (dates, fruits, gels) for the long distance.
Prizes to the winners of the various categories, medal for each participant.
The race will take place at the “Springs Park”, along streams, springs, fields and fish ponds.
The runway will start and end at the Three Garden Complex.
Circular routes include – 21 km circular route, 10 km circular route, 5 km circular route. A
jump and finish that includes time measurement will be located next to the Three Garden.
