As part of the French culinary week in Israel “SoFrenchSoFood” Chef Michel Husser will be hosted at the Olive Leaf Restaurant located in Sheraton Tel Aviv Hotel. The restaurant is led by Head Chef Boaz Dror and together they invite you to indulge in the specialties of the French cuisine. Michelle Husser, crowned with a Michelin star, keeps the traditions of the region faithfully; Charcutrie, Horseradish, river fish and more all prominent on its menu. Boaz influenced by classic French, Scandinavian cuisine and especially Mediterranean cuisine makes him an inspiration. The Chef’s rich experience and creativity take the guests to a spectacular culinary journey and marks his signature in the kitchen.
