Silent Regression is an English alternative rock trio, with progressive and grunge influences from the 90s, with a unique sound reminiscent of the Seattle scene of those years.
The experience of meeting the music of Silent Regression, played from the inside out, will draw you in and confront you with yourself. The quiet and loud songs deal with a controlled view of life, complex loves, self-dealing with depression and wars with inner demons.
