On Wednesday, 14.11, director Avi Weissblai returns to documentary film in Shapira with his new film “The Murder,” which was also screened at the last Docaviv festival.
After the film there will be an open conversation with the director.
the movie’s synopsis:
On Friday evening, June 16, 1933, when he traveled with his wife Sima near the Tel Aviv beach, he was shot dead by two unidentified persons, Dr. Chaim Arlosoroff, 34, the head of the Jewish Agency’s political bureau and a rising star in the skies of the Zionist movement. The murderers were discovered and the riddle was not solved – who really killed Arlosoroff?
