Nir Meimran and David Parm are two young directors who move between studying and teaching cinema and the culture of the Spanish Piot, the Talmud and the Hebrew story. On 7/18 they will come to the cinema club and show us their documentary Shosha

Shusha shows and tells about the process of producing a Yiddish musical, at the Ying Yidish Center which is now operating in the central station of Tel Aviv. Mandy, the director of the center and its founder is the one who directs the play, produces and even adapts it for the stage. Together with a small troupe of actors, they work in the face of language, production and budget difficulties, to put on the musical that tells about a choice in love that is doomed to failure.

At six we decided to attach “The Orchestra’s Rehearsal” the film of the great director Federico Fellini. There, too, you can find a process of rehearsing all the tensions between the members of the various orchestras and beyond them the great desire to succeed in creating a joint work led by the conductor.
