Rami Fortis in a special tour
45 years since “Flunder” Fortis’ masterful and ground-breaking debut album released in January 1979
Fortis will celebrate 70 on 7.7.24, originally together with Fortis we planned a year full of all good things and special shows from all the years of musical creation.
But life has its own rhythm… and on the cliff of times, plans change, the sequence of shaky events and the storm that is going through the country cause uncertainty, shocks,
For surprises and in short, a flunter. So we decided to start, so symbolically, with the masterpiece that started it all: Flounter.
Fortis’ seminal debut album, which yielded songs such as: “Honey”, “Get off my TV screen”, “Sunshine you expect”, Incubator” and more.
So many of the songs Portis wrote over the years continue to resonate with us decades later and sometimes even feel more relevant than ever.
Portis and the band are currently rehearsing the vast repertoire, in all the songs, in an attempt to get the planter going.

פורטיס יציין 70 ב- 7.7.24, במקור תכננו יחד עם פורטיס שנה מלאה בכל טוב ובמופעים מיוחדים מכל שנות היצירה המוסיקלית.
אבל לחיים קצב משלהם… ובצוק העיתים תכנונים משתנים, רצף האירועים המטלטלים והסערה שעוברת על המדינה גורמים לחוסר ודאות, לזעזועים,
להפתעות ובקיצור, פלונטר. אז החלטנו להתחיל, באופן כה סמלי, עם יצירת המופת שהתחילה את הכל: פלונטר.
אלבום הבכורה המכונן של פורטיס, שהניב שירים כמו: “דבש”, “רד מעל מסך הטלוויזיה שלי”, “שמש לך מצפים”, אינקובטור” ועוד.
כל כך הרבה מהשירים שפורטיס כתב לאורך השנים ממשיכים להדהד איתנו עשורים מאוחר יותר ולעיתים אף מרגישים רלוונטיים מתמיד.
פורטיס והלהקה מקיימים בימים אלה חזרות שתכליתן נגיעה ברפרטואר העצום, בכל השירים, בניסיון להתרת הפלונטר.
