A Quarter to Africa, the successful Israeli ethno-groove ensemble, one of the busiest and most active ensembles in recent years, has managed to go through impressive mileage in front of a loving audience, perform on almost every possible stage and sweep away a loyal fan base in Israel and around the world.
North African rhythms, Arabic maqam scales, and lots of jazz-funk – this is the musical mix behind Quarter to Africa, a multicultural and rooted ensemble that creates an uplifting musical collage that leaves no heart and ears indifferent, moves the pelvis and appeals to young people, adults and children alike.
The ensemble performed and gained a large audience abroad at major spots at prestigious festivals in Europe, Japan, Spain, Germany and more.
A quarter to Africa combined and combined forces with many well-known artists such as Mosh Ben Ari, Ravid Plotnik (Nichi Nichi), Hanan Ben Ari, Eliad Nahum, Kobi Oz, David Brozd and more.
Expect a show that leaves no one indifferent and is a celebration of life !!!

מקצבים צפון אפריקאים, סולמות מקאם ערבי, והרבה ג’אז-Funk – זה התמהיל המוזיקלי מאחורי רבע לאפריקה, אנסמבל רב תרבותי ושורשי, היוצר קולאז’ מוזיקלי מרומם נפש שלא משאיר את הלב והאוזניים אדישים, מזיז את האגן ופונה לצעירים, מבוגרים וילדים כאחד.
ההרכב הופיע וצבר קהל גדול גם בחו”ל בספוטים מרכזים בפסטיבלים נחשבים באירופה, יפן, ספרד, גרמני ועוד.
