Public Transport Day is an international day marked in many countries and aims to promote the use of public transport over the use of private vehicles.
Public Transport Day enables public and shared discourse between the government, business and civil sectors.
In Israel, this day will be marked this year on Thursday, September 19, 2019.
As every year, the Transportation Organization will host today and tomorrow the Central Conference, in collaboration with public transport companies, transport organizations and social activists.
