What is Pub Quiz?
A trivia contest between groups, with alcohol, food and friends.
Yes, it’s fun.
How do you join Pub Quiz?
Put together a group of up to 6 participants (with a cool group name), register at the link above (NIS 50 per participant) and arrive at the pub on the evening of the event.
During the evening you will compete against other groups for first place (there is a prize!), and you will have to find answers to questions about current events, culture, music, history, science and everything in between and around.
So hurry, the number of places is limited.

Other things you need to know (besides trivia)
1) How many people can be in each group?
Up to 6 people in the group when the cost is 50 NIS per participant. (Payment at the entrance is in cash only).
You don’t have to have six people, you can also create a smaller group, but it is recommended to get as many brains as you can.
2) So gather all my friends who know a lot of things?
also. Remember that the questions will reflect a really – but really – wide variety of fields, and sometimes you also need to know how to answer questions about sports, television, literature or organic chemistry. Most importantly – choose group members you want to drink with.
3) Can I use Google?
No! At the beginning of the evening you will receive a mysterious popcorn box in which your cell phones will be placed. Yes that means you will have to spend two hours and actually talk to your friends instead of liking pictures of their food on Instagram.
4) According to what is determined who won?
Each group of questions will be displayed with the amount of points that can be taken from it. The team that ends the evening with the most points is the winner.
5) What do you win?
Since you spent the evening at the bar, each member of the winning team wins a bottle of wine to soothe the hangover the next day.
6) How long does it last?
About two and a half hours.
7) Who is the moderator?
There is no moderator, it’s called Quizmasters

עוד דברים שצריך לדעת (חוץ מטריוויה)
1) כמה אנשים יכולים להיות בכל קבוצה?
עד 6 אנשים בקבוצה כאשר העלות היא 50 ש”ח למשתתף. (התשלום בכניסה הוא במזומן בלבד).
לא חייבים שישה אנשים, ניתן ליצור גם קבוצה קטנה יותר, אבל מומלץ להשיג כמה מוחות שתוכלו..
2) אז לאסוף את כל החברים שלי שיודעים ממש הרבה דברים?
גם. תזכרו שהשאלות ישקפו מגוון ממש – אבל ממש – רחב של תחומים, ולפעמים צריך גם לדעת לענות לשאלות על ספורט, טלויזיה, ספרות או כימיה אורגנית. הכי חשוב – תבחרו חברי קבוצה שבא לכם לשתות איתם.
3) אפשר להשתמש בגוגל?
לא! בתחילת הערב אתם תקבלו קופסת פופקורן מסתורית שבה תפקידו את הטלפונים הסלולריים שלכם. כן זה אומר שתצטרכו למשך שעתיים וממש לדבר עם החברים שלכם במקום לעשות לייק לתמונות של האוכל שלהם באינסטגרם.
4) לפי מה קובעים מי זכה?
כל מקבץ שאלות יוצג עם כמות הנקודות שאפשר להוציא ממנו. הקבוצה שמסיימת את הערב עם מרב הנקודות – היא הזוכה.
5) במה זוכים?
מכיוון שביליתם את הערב בבר, כל חבר/ה בקבוצה המנצחת זוכה בבקבוק יין כדי להרגיע את ההאנגאובר ביום למחרת.
6) כמה זמן זה נמשך ?
בערך שעתיים וחצי.
7) מי המנחה?
