Psychedelic substances and different forms of consciousness (LSD, mushrooms, MDMA, DMT) have existed in our world for a long time. In recent years, the amount of their use has increased, as has the knowledge in the field. Research is being done at universities all over the world regarding the effectiveness of these substances as a tool to treat anxiety, depression, post-trauma and more.
In the first stage of the lecture, Udi takes us through his personal story on a journey that changed his life – from peak experiences on the big trip, trance parties, to the road to prolonged clinical depression, recovery, and his comprehensive and ongoing investigation in the field to this day.
In the second part of the lecture we will move to practical knowledge on the subject and talk about:
– The world of psychedelic treatments
– A psychedelic and effective toolbox when needed
– How to apply what I experienced during the journey to everyday life (integration)
– Tools for times of crisis and how to support others in extreme situations
– A little history and where we are headed in the future

חומרים פסיכדליים ומשני תודעה שונים (LSD, פטריות, MDMA, DMT) קיימים אצלנו בעולם מזה זמן רב. בשנים האחרונות עולה כמות השימוש בהם וגם הידע בתחום. מחקרים נעשים באוניברסיטאות בכל רחבי העולם לגבי היעילות של חומרים אלו ככלי לטיפול בנפש בחרדות, דכאון, פוסט טראומה ועוד.
בשלב הראשון של ההרצאה אודי לוקח אותנו דרך הסיפור האישי שלו למסע ששינה את חייו – מחוויות שיא בטיול הגדול, מסיבות טראנס, ועד הדרך אל דיכאון קליני ממושך, ההחלמה, והחקירה המקיפה והמתמשכת שלו בתחום עד היום.
בחלק השני של ההרצאה נעבור לידע פרקטי בנושא ונדבר על:
– עולם הטיפולים הפסיכדלי
– ארגז כלים פסיכדלי ויעיל לשעת הצורך
– איך ליישם את מה שחוויתי במהלך המסע לחיי היום יום (אינטגרציה)
– כלים לשעת משבר ואיך לתמוך באחר במצבי קיצון
– קצת היסטוריה ולאן פנינו מועדות בעתיד
על המרצה:
אודי קבלק – יזם, מרצה, מנחה סדנאות להתפתחות אישית, ומחבר הספרים ‘פשוט וטוב’ ו’לתוכי’. עם מעל 100 הרצאות בנושא, הפיק את הכנס הפסיכדלי הישראלי השני, ולקח חלק בועדת הסמים בכנסת בשנת 2020.
