Herzlyah Beach - Herzlyah Beach, Herzliyah,
Summer is almost over, yet Rosh Hashana and the holiday season are already here! Perfect time for a cleanup! PFI will be hosting a beach cleanup just in the middle of Sukkot – the holiday of ingathering!
But instead of picking up grains, we’ll be picking up trash from our coast!
After the cleanup, we’ll raffle some cool sustainable prizes – with NO PLASTIC! The prizes are sponsored by the gorgeous 4ocean, VeganNation, Straw Free Israel – לא שמים קשים, European Union in Israel and Kimaya – Natural Care ♥
–
We will gather on Friday, October 18th at 09:00 AM, on the top of the cliff right above Hapirza beach, on the unpaved road along the sand dunes. An exact meeting spot with a map will be published few days before.
–
Please bring PLENTY of water, sunscreen and a hat – it’s gonna be hot! We recommend coming with comfy shoes – the area can be challenging! You’re more than welcome to bring some yummy snacks as well!
Also, if you’re coming by car and able to bring an umbrella/shade – That’ll be great! There is no shade at all in the area – this is why we start cleaning up early! Therefore, PLEASE bring hats and be ready for the sun!
–
If you’re able to offer a ride share, please comment in the event discussion section! There is a bus that drops off by the Herzliya marina, a short walk away.
–
See you there! 🙂
