It seems that the moon has always lit the imagination of human beings. They looked up at the bright ball in the night sky and tied him to myths and ideas about what was invisible and unmanageable
The exhibition “Moon” shows through various shows of the moon and how it is reflected in Israeli art – the human aspiration to the sublime and romantic and the attraction to the illusion and the dark mystery

Closing: 8.11.2018

Psalms on the Wall Judy Tal Kopelman
Opening event with the participation of poet Hagit Grossman and Rabbi Roberto Arbiv

For three years, the artist Judy Tal Koppelman went to the streets around the country and sprayed interpretive stencils for verses from the Bible and paintings for the contemplative mind and soul.
Judy spins threads into the city’s landscape, tying ties between the ancient and ancient hymns on the street
In spray cans and tambourine paint on plywood, concrete, or brick wall – it touches that eternal longing – belonging, meaning, love and comfort
The exhibition presents her paintings that were brought to Neve Shechter from around the country

Closing: 18.10.2018
