You can get confused in working with parents and think that what we are dealing with is coping with the difficulties of children. But because in relations with his parents a person is sad – working with parents is shaping the face of humanity. And I admit I dare for the first time, here in my new lecture, putting it on the bare and shaking table.

Parents who are already fed up with advice and tips, who are interested in a new perspective on parenting, who are willing to give a vision that will replace the fears in their family life.

Parenthood is the workshop where humanity was created.
Thousands of years have known this.
Thousands of years have ignored it.

Despite the good intentions and the healthy desire to give love to our children, today millions of parents are unaware of their central role in shaping humanity, their impact on their children, and the magic of growth and creativity that await them, once they agree to become serious partners in creating a new person.

I start this lecture from the long nights I spent as an abandoned child in the children’s homes of the joint education and how it shaped my soul and taught me what children really ask of their parents.

– how we were influenced by the fact that our deep-seated requests were not answered by our parents as children.
– How children struggle to receive from their parents love, shapes all areas of adult culture.
What are the miracles that take place in the home? Instead of focusing on educating, functioning and preparing for life, we begin to listen to the deep requests of our children.

I’m thrilled to think that at the end of the lecture you will be engulfed in the miraculous dimension of parenting, like me. It’s like looking at an X-ray of humanity and seeing the forces operating beneath the surface and their source in the constitutive relationships in our lives.

אפשר להתבלבל בעבודה עם הורים ולחשוב שמה שאנחנו עוסקים בו זה התמודדות עם קשיים של ילדים. אבל בגלל שביחסים עם הוריו מתעצב בן אדם – עבודה עם הורים היא עיצוב פני האנושות. ואני מודה שאני מעיז בפעם הראשונה, כאן בהרצאה החדשה שלי, לשים את זה על השולחן חשוף ורוטט.

להורים שכבר מאסו בעצות ובטיפים, שמעוניינים בנקודת מבט חדשה על ההורות, שמוכנים לתת לחזון שיחליף את הפחדים בחיי משפחתם.

ההורות היא בית המלאכה שבו נבראת האנושות.
אלפי שנים יודעים את זה.
אלפי שנים מתעלמים מזה.

למרות הכוונות הטובות והתשוקה הבריאה לתת אהבה לילדינו, גם היום מיליוני הורים אינם מודעים לתפקידם המרכזי בעיצוב פני האנושות, למידת ההשפעה שלהם על ילדיהם ולכמויות הקסם הצמיחה והיצירתיות שמחכות להם, ברגע שיסכימו להפוך ממבצעי מטלות ומציבי גבולות חמורי סבר, לשותפים בכירים ביצירת אדם חדש.

את ההרצאה הזאת אני מתחיל מהלילות הארוכים שעברו עליי כתינוק נטוש בבתי הילדים של החינוך המשותף ועל האופן שבו זה עיצב את נפשי ולימד אותי – מה באמת ילדים מבקשים מהוריהם.

מרגש אותי לחשוב שבסוף ההרצאה תהיו דלוקים על המימד הניסי של ההורות, כמוני. זה כמו להתבונן בצילום רנטגן של האנושות ולראות את הכוחות הפועלים מתחת לפני השטח ואת מקורם במערכות היחסים המכוננות בחיינו….
