This workshop, led by Rachel Hammer Shemesh will cover:
– Your basic employee rights and benefits, including those for Olim
– The core principles for engaging in any successful negotiation, while emphasizing negotiations for your employment contract in Israel

About our Speaker: Rachel Hamer-Shemesh: She is originally from Israel and currently works as a Employment Consulting Manager at Gvahim face to face and on-line.
Rachel is a mother of four.

Rachel holds an M.A degree in Organizational Psychology from Haifa University. In the past 10 years she is engaged in career and employment counselling for olim and people who plan to make Aliyah in the future.

Rachel has deep familiarity with the structure of the Israeli job market, the roles, the changes and needs of the market. She is experienced in intercultural consulting and orientation to the Israeli market. Rachel has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management at the Hi-Tech industry, previously she specialized in organizational consulting. As organizational consultant, she managed structural changes, defining and implementation of vision and improvement of quality of service. She lectures and teach these topics and guide managers in implementing change processes-in private and non-profit organizations.
