If you are interested in connecting with new people, creating special experiences and trying immersion in ice water. This is the event for you! During the meeting, you will get to know the Wim Hof Israel community, the instructors of the method, and experience breathing workshops and immersion in a huge ice bath accompanied by a fisherman who will warm up the atmosphere after the cold immersion.
We will learn new things and above all have fun! This is your chance to take part in the community, together through breathing, ice and love.❤️❄️💫
