Starting something new> A special visual-musical event is ahead, with the screening of the groundbreaking film “Man with a Movie Camera” by Dziga Vertov accompanied by a live soundtrack by the musician Tai Rona.
“Man with a Movie Camera” by the important filmmaker Dziga Vertov is a documentary film from 1929. The film follows the journey of a cinematographer for a day in the streets of Moscow, and along with documenting the people of the city in a variety of daily activities, Vertov researched and invented new techniques of photography and editing. The film is a song of praise for the city and urbanism, a mesmerizing clip that never ends, and was chosen as the best documentary film of all time by Sight and Sound.
The film will be accompanied by the musician Tai Rona with a specially prepared live soundtrack, which will give its own colors to the silent film from the last century, and will turn the viewing into a fascinating and magical experience.
Tai Rona is a producer, DJ and sound artist, founder of the “Hastarot” events that take place throughout Israel and the world and deal with the musical world between waking and dreaming.

מתחילים משהו חדש> אירוע ויזואלי-מוזיקלי מיוחד לפנינו, עם הקרנה של הסרט פורץ הדרך “האיש עם מצלמת הקולנוע” של דזיגה ורטוב בליווי פסקול חי של המוזיקאי תאי רונה.
“האיש עם מצלמת הקולנוע” של הקולנוען החשוב דז’יגה ורטוב הוא יצירת קולנוע דוקומנטרית מ1929. הסרט עוקב אחר מסעו של צלם קולנוע במשך יממה ברחובות העיר מוסקבה, ולצד תיעוד של אנשי העיר בשלל פעולות יומיומית, ורטוב חקר והמציא טכניקות חדשות של צילום ועריכה. הסרט הוא שיר הלל לעיר ולאורבניות, קליפ מהפנט שלא נגמר, ונבחר לסרט הדוקומנטרי הטוב ביותר בכל הזמנים של סייט אנד סאונד.
את הסרט ילווה המוזיקאי תאי רונה בפסקול חי שהוכן במיוחד, שייתן צבעים משלו לסרט האילם מהמאה הקודמת, ויהפוך את הצפייה לחוויה מרתקת ומלאת קסם.
תאי רונה הוא מפיק, די ג’י ואמן סאונד, מייסד אירועי “השתרעות” שמתקיימים ברחבי הארץ ובעולם ועוסקים בעולם המוזיקלי שבין הערות והחלום.
