10: 00-11: 00 Design film and television production
Arad Shavat, one of the leading designers of production in the industry, will talk about the creative process and the nature of the work, inspiration, creativity in a limited framework and artistic considerations behind the projects he created.
He has worked as a production designer for a wide variety of films and series, including Absentia, Beirut, Foxstrom, Norman, A Tale of Love and Darkness, Good Death, Asfur, Who is afraid of the bad wolf, “” footnote “,” screw “and more.
11: 15-12: 15 Design graphic elements on the set
Yinon Singer, graphic artist and illustrator, will talk about the creative process, the creation of a unique graphic language, inspirations, visual and authentic explorations.
Singer has worked as a graphic artist in a variety of films and series, including The Spy, The Tyrant, Motocable, Longing, Beyond the Mountains and Hills, Staying Alive, Dancing Arabs and more.
12: 30-13: 30 Handmade effects design
Karen Davidoff, creator, multi-disciplinary artist and effects designer, will talk about the creative process, a combination of visual art and screen art, design, inspiration and boldness.
Davidoff created special effects on the set for a variety of films and series, including “The Mossad”, “The Children of Autumn,” “The Dive,” “Juda,” “Angel of Mother”
14: 00-15: 00 Graphic packaging for film and television
Lee Saad, a graphic designer specializing in branding and graphic packaging for films, will talk about the creative process and character of the work, the adaptation of the graphic language to the nature of the film, images, composition and typography, inspiration and transition from a cinematic / television language to a static graphic language.
Saad designed graphic packages for a variety of films and series, including Rachel Agmon, Foxtrot, Before the Feet touches the ground, Holy Air, Driver, Burekas Movie, Hiding, Rabies, The Woman from the Cinematheque, “” Dancing Arabs, “and more.
15: 15-16: 15 Design of openings for cinema and television
Meirav Shaham, director and designer, will talk about the creative process and the nature of the work, inspiration, challenges, multi-disciplinary work and the line between music and design.
Shaham has designed openings for a wide variety of series and films, including “The Unofficial”, “Fauda”, “Waking the Bear,” “My Successful Sisters,” “Photo Farage,” “Citizen K,” ” Iron, “and more.
16: 30-17: 30 Design promos
Inbal Kaplan, a graphic designer, will talk about the creative process and the nature of the work, the difference between promo design and a brand new design for an existing brand, inspiration and work within the extreme time.
Kaplan has designed promos for a variety of series and programs, including: “Nebo”, “Harmon”, “Little Monsters”, “Case in Investigation”, “Until the Wedding” and more.
