Outside and ready to shine,
Summer is here, the water is warm and nature is waiting.
This is a DIY – Do it yourself – camping. Bring your own food tent and alcohol, toys and towels, friends, acquaintances and others for a fun, traditional shabbat.
Plan ahead, it will be hot, you will get hungry and thirsty, though everyone is encouraged to share, prepare 5 meals, that’s right, Friday lunch and dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner.

11 AM Drive
2 PM Arrival
3-7 Free Time, (BYO-Snacks / DIY Lunch, Swimming, Inflatables)
~7 Kabalat Shabat
Kiddush
DIY Shabbat Dinner
~9+ Free Time, Singing, Swimming, Sleeping (BYO-Tent + Mattress)
~8 am Breakfast
~9 -11 Free Time
11 Kiddush (Byob) + DIY Lunch
~12-7 Free Time
~7:30 Sunset

Hopefully our favorite site, Sussita will be open, they charge 100 shekels per car to enter, paid upon arrival, otherwise gofra beach or kursi are options, details will be posted the week of the trip. Participants should register with the sites themselves.
The Kinneret is full, have you seen such a sight? Bring floats and boats, the water is so sweet and warm. There will definitely be night swimming, day swimming and every other type of swimming.
Sun screen, apply liberally and regularly and remind your friends to do the same.
This is a child friendly event, so parents, keep your kids this weekend.
If you have a car, you are important!! Let people know if you have spaces or places. It is a 2.5 hour drive from the mercaz and plan accordingly.
