As Head of Product, Banking at Earnix, Noga leads the strategic planning and continuous development of Earnix Banking Product Suite.
Before joining Earnix, Noga worked for over 10 years in strategic consulting – most of which within the banking industry, and held strategic project management positions, leading business and organizational transformations in top Israeli corporates.
Noga finds her real passion in combining both worlds – the business perspective that comes from spending years on the customers’ side of the industry, and the challenge of creating something new that can change this industry’s mindset.
Roni Ben Aharon, Co-Founder, CPO & CTO @ Craft.io
Roni Ben Aharon is a technology entrepreneur and product manager, experienced in both software development and product management. He is the Co-Founder, CPO & CTO of Craft.io, an innovative product management solution that streamlines the entire product management process, from ideation to launch.
Roni began his career in software development – M.Sc in Computer Science and several years of experience in algorithm & frontend development. At Wix.com, Roni shifted his focus to product management, where he could leverage his technical expertise to drive innovation and lead several products. After 8 years, he moved on to Booking.com, to lead machine-learning-based products. Later on, he started his adventure at Craft.io.
