As part of our affiliation with the global craft beer community, we are proud to announce another international collaboration, this time with the esteemed and popular Romanian craft producer Hop Hooligans.
As part of the cooperation, we created two new and special beers, one brewed in Romania and the other here in Tel Aviv:
Healthy habits
We flew Alon – our brewmaster – to Romania and together with the hooligans’ team of cooks a particularly interesting beer was created. To the basic recipe of an American-style pale ale, lemon, hibiscus and mint have been added, which together create a unique combination that contains a complexity of flavors – on the one hand lemon sourness and on the other hand freshness from the mint, and everything is painted in the reddish color of hibiscus.
Alcohol: 5%, IBU – 10
Anarchist teatime
Pale Ale Beer with Louisa and Lemongrass For our collaboration with the infamous Hop Hooligans, we made a pale ale loaded with Louisa and lemongrass. The result is an aromatic beer, reminiscent of herbal infusion with an anarchic touch, in honor of our partners in crime.
Alcohol: – 6.3% IBU – 25
The beers will be brewed for the first time at Schnitt Brewery for the general public on Friday 16.06, starting at 1:00 p.m. You can also register in advance for a limited launch event that includes a meeting with the representatives of the breweries by registering in advance here: https://shorturl.at/iHJLM
In addition to the two cooperative beers, at the Shenit event, for the first time in Israel, four more beers from the Romanian brewery will be on tap in what is known in the beer world as a “tap takeover”, which is actually a (friendly, don’t worry) takeover of the host brewery’s taps by a guest brewery.
Healthy Habits and the other guest beers can be purchased in cans that arrived in Israel through Schnitt’s importation in advance through the new website (link in the event discussion).
All guest beers can be purchased in cans from the day of the event until supplies last, at the group’s new subsidiary store, which will host this pop up – Lauter, adjacent to the Schnitt brewery.

במסגרת השת”פ יצרנו שתי בירות חדשות ומיוחדות, האחת בושלה ברומניה והשנייה אצלנו בתל אביב:

הטסנו את אלון -הברומאסטר שלנו -לרומניה וביחד עם צוות הבשלנים של החוליגנים נוצרה בירה מעניינת במיוחד. למתכון הבסיס של פייל אייל בסגנון אמריקאי, נוספו לימון, היביסקוס ומנטה שיוצרים יחד שילוב ייחודי המכיל מורכבות של טעמים – מצד אחד חמצמצות לימונית ומצד שני רעננות מהמנטה, והכול צבוע בצבע אדמדם של היביסקוס.

בירת פייל אייל עם לואיזה ולמון גראס.לשיתוף הפעולה שלנו עם הופ חוליגנס הידועים לשמצה, הכנו פייל אייל עמוסה בלואיזה ולמון גראס. התוצאה- בירה ארומטית, שמזכירה חליטת צמחים עם נגיעה אנרכיסטית, לכבוד השותפים שלנו לפשע.
אלכוהול: – 6.3% IBU – 25
הבירות תימזגנה לראשונה במבשלת שניט לקהל הרחב ביום שישי 16.06, החל משעה 13:00. ניתן גם להירשם מראש לאירוע השקה מצומצם הכולל מפגש עם נציגי המבשלות ברישום מראש כאן: https://shorturl.at/iHJLM
בנוסף לשתי בירות השת”פ, באירוע בשניט יימזגו מחבית בפעם הראשונה בישראל עוד ארבע בירות נוספות של המבשלה הרומנית במה שמכונה בעולם הבירה “Tap takeover” , שזו בעצם השתלטות (ידידותית, אל דאגה) של מבשלה אורחת על ברזים של המבשלה המארחת.
את Healthy Habits ואת שאר הבירות האורחות ניתן יהיה לרכוש בפחיות שהגיעו לישראל בייבוא של שניט במכירה מוקדמת מראש באמצעות האתר החדש (קישור בדיון האיוונט).
את כל הבירות האורחות ניתן לרכוש בפחיות החל מיום האירוע ועד גמר המלאי, בחנות הבת החדשה של הקבוצה, אשר תארח את הpop up הזה – לאוטר, צמוד למבשלת הבירה שניט.
