Have you ever been to the Simtat Aluf Batslut complex? Have you heard of the “Herzliya Market”?
In the heart of the Florentine neighborhood, between Herzl, Matalon, Shuk and Wolfson streets, is a parking lot that will soon become a pleasant public space.
The Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality plans to turn the area into a compound for the community in the coming years, with a public plaza at its heart. As part of the plan, the abandoned historic market buildings, intended for preservation, will be used for the benefit of the public.
In order for the planning and design of the complex to suit your needs, a public participation happening will be held on Friday, 18.2 at 11: 00-14: 00, at the place itself, where you can hear and voice your thoughts and dreams about the place.
So what’s going on in the happening?
Influence positions, options for expressing ideas for planning, acquaintances and dialogue with the program staff, a historical tour of the neighborhood (pre-registration), creation for children from recycled cardboard, music, chill and more surprises.

בלב שכונת פלורנטין, בין הרחובות הרצל, מטלון, השוק ו-וולפסון מסתתר חניון שממש בקרוב יהפוך למרחב ציבורי נעים.
עיריית תל אביב-יפו מתכננת להפוך את השטח בשנים הקרובות למתחם עבור הקהילה, כשבלבו רחבה ציבורית. במסגרת התוכנית מבני השוק ההיסטוריים הנטושים, המיועדים לשימור, יושמשו לטובת הציבור.
כדי שהתכנון והעיצוב של המתחם יתאימו לצרכים שלכם, יתקיים הפנינג שיתוף ציבור ביום שישי, 18.2 בשעה 14:00-11:00, במקום עצמו, ובו תוכלו לשמוע ולהשמיע את המחשבות והחלומות לגבי המקום.
