Trumpeldor 34 - Trumpeldor 34, Tel Aviv,

Local elections are coming up!

Residents of Tel Aviv – Do you know you are not only electing your next Mayor, but also 30 City Council members?

Many of us have no idea who these “Representatives” are. Many of us aren’t aware of the fact that the average age amongst the current members of the Tel Aviv City Council is 55, despite the fact that a third of the residents of Tel Aviv, are young people between the ages of 17-35. This is why Mekomi was created – It’s time for a change.

Mekomi is a Grassroot Movement created to represent the 130,000+ young residents of Tel Aviv. We’re gathering young Tel Avivians from all communities: students, soldiers, artists, entrepreneurs, startupers, And we want Olim Chadashim with us as well! We believe that as young Tel Avivians, we have a lot in common.

We want you to know what Mekomi stands for. The list is long: Public transportations, Bike Lanes, Parking, Sustainability, Community Life, Safety, Nightlife, Accesible Culture, Street Cleanliness, improving rent costs and many more.

Come meet us!

On October 10th We’re having a get-together featuring two of our Mekomi City Council candidates. We’ll have a drink, get to know each other, and answer all of the questions you might have about the change we can, and will bring once we’re elected for City Council.

Bring friends!

See you soon 😊
