Our Gaga & Metodika workshop is an enriching physical experience that allows for additional movement research in the Gaga language. Change your rhythms, deepen your research, connect to your sensations and pleasure, and get to know your body’s abilities.
Take a Saturday for yourself and be swept away on a fascinating journey with teachers Saar Harari & Hani Sirkis.
The workshop is suitable for veteran Gaga users and for newcomers, age 16+.

11: 45-12:15 Short break
12:15-13:45 Gaga/metodika class, an opportunity for physical movement research, into session
Classes will be taught in English.
