The Please Touch Art Breakthrough Festival echoes the vision of the Please Touch Center: A Stage for Culture and Creative Arts, which promotes egalitarian dialogue and leads to social change out of a belief in the human spirit and its ability to touch and change. Here we are exposed to the works of artists with sensory disabilities who push the boundaries of the Israeli artistic space. This is another significant milestone in expanding the circles of expression and artistic creation, increasing the circles of social influence, and spreading a please vision to touch among as wide an audience as possible.

פסטיבל נא לגעת לאמנות פורצת גבולות מהדהד את החזון של מרכז נא לגעת: במה לתרבות ואמנות יוצרת, המקדמת דיאלוג שוויוני ומובילה לשינוי חברתי מתוך אמונה ברוח האדם וביכולתו לגעת ולשנות. כאן אנחנו נחשפים ליצירותיהם של אמנים עם מוגבלות חושית הפורצות את הגבולות במרחב האמנותי הישראלי. זוהי אבן דרך משמעותית נוספת בהרחבת מעגלי הביטוי והיצירה האמנותית, הגדלת מעגלי ההשפעה החברתית, והפצת חזון נא לגעת בקרב קהל רחב ככל האפשר.
