Holon Design Museum - Pinhas Elion 8, Holon,

Weekend of takeover of the museum **
EXTREme

February 15-14 You are invited and invited to experience the “Extreme” exhibition from a new, personal and mixed perspective.
As part of a unique collaboration between the Bezalel Industrial Master’s Degree Program and the Holon Design Museum, the museum will, over one weekend, become a dynamic event space of performance, creation, listening, expression and confession.
The world seems to be swept away by broad social and environmental extremes. Exceptional climatic phenomena, violent political discourse, social polarization, disassembly of organizing systems and accelerated technological developments – intensify feelings of alienation and loneliness.
Overload and excess information result in disgust and reactions of weak defiance, repression or despair.
While the “Extreme” exhibition seeks to showcase the potential for critique of global processes through the design field, the EXTREme design intervention course offers visitors and critics an opportunity to examine their place in relation to the reality reflected in the exhibition. To place the “self” in the face of the phenomenon of extremism and to allow another, personal, closer and closer look at what is usually perceived as distant and threatening.

Come and confess transparent sins, create a social manifesto with fellow critics, tour alternative tracks, print pop-up penzin, and enjoy life-long lectures on stressful conditions.

* All of this at a regular admission ticket price to the

Lecture Museum will take place on Friday (14.2) from 14: 00-12: 00 and Saturday (15.2) from 20: 00-18: 30.
Admission to lectures based on free space.
