All the small details
Accommodation
– Rooms and huts are up for purchase separately
– Purchasing a room or a hut does not include an entrance ticket
– You must first purchase an entrance ticket and only then accommodation
Ticket includes
– Entrance to the village
– Sleeping in the bedouin tents on a mattress
Ticket purchase
– Each ticket has to have the ticket owner’s own name
– Two tickets under the same name will not be approved
– One must present I.D. upon entrance
Ticket transfer
– It is not possible to transfer your ticket to a third party
Ticket cancellation
– Till 14/6 at 18:00 you can cancel your ticket by sending an email with your full details to eboded972@gmail.com. Refund will be 95% from the purchase price
– After 14/6 refund for cancellation will be 50% from the purchase price
– After 21/6 at 18:00 there will be no cancellations
Weekend schedule
– Friday from 15:00 – check in
– Friday from 18:00 – opening dance floor
– Saturday at 16:00 – closing dance floor
– Saturday at 17:00 – check out

– Please address any person of the weekender personnel if you experienced such behavior or witnessed it

Showers and restrooms
– The rooms have private showers and restrooms
– There are public ones spread around the village
Drinks
– It is forbidden to bring glass bottles into the village
– There will be bar service with reusable cups
Food
– Onsite food stand with vegan options as well
Transportation
– Departing Tel-Aviv: Friday at 14:00
– Returning from Kfar-Hanokdim: Saturday at 16:30
First Aid
– A first aid station will be available on site
– Please visit it if you find yourself in any sort of distress – physical or emotional
Fire
– It is forbidden to light fire in the village

לינה:
חדרים וסוכות רוכשים בנפרד
רכישת חדר/סוכה לא כוללת את כרטיס הכניסה
יש לרכוש כרטיס כניסה ורק אז חדר/סוכה
מאהלים ומזרונים – פתוחים וזמינים לכולם
מה כלול בכרטיס:
כניסה לכפר ולינה חופשית על מזרן במאהלים המשותפים
רכישת כרטיסים:
לא ניתן לרכוש שני כרטיסים על אותו השם | כניסה בהצגת ת.ז
העברת כרטיסים:
לא ניתן להעביר כרטיסים
ביטול כרטיסים:
עד ה-14/6 ב-18:00 ניתן לבטל את הכרטיס ולקבל זיכוי של 95% מעלות הכרטיס
אחרי ה-14/6 יהיה ניתן לקבל זיכוי של 50% על עלות הכרטיס
אחרי ה-21/6 ב-18:00 אין ביטול כרטיסים

יציאה מתל-אביב בשישי ב-14:00 מרוטשילד נחלת בנימין
חזרה מהנוקדים בשבת ב-16:30
