The British metal band Dragonforce has confirmed that it will be performing in Israel on August 19 at the Havana Club in Tel Aviv.
The band, founded in 1999 in London, is best known for its two guitarists, British guitarist Sam Totman and Hungarian guitarist Herman Li, who are considered two of the fastest and fastest guitarists in the history of the metal genre. .
The band’s breakthrough was in the album “Inhuman Rampage”, released in 2006. The album contained a number of songs that were heavily rotated on MTV, and the clip “Through the Fire and Flames” reached 91 million views on YouTube today, mainly as a result of the unbelievable performance of the pair of guitarists. The next album, Ultra Beatdown, was the band’s last solo with South African singer ZP Theart, and the first single of Heroes Of Our Time, which has since hit 28 million hits on YouTube, has also become one of the band’s most known and recognizable songs.
In 2011, the band recruited vocalist Marc Hudson, and with it she warmed the legendary Iron Maiden. Then the band released the single Cry Thunder and in 2012 the new album The Power Within. Fallen World from the album is the fastest song the band has released until then, at 220 BPM (Beats Per Minute), a song that broke in 2014 with The Game from the 240-BPM Maximum Overload album.
In 2017, the band released its latest album, Reaching Into Infinity, which reached the 11th place on the American Billboard chart for independent artists, with which it is embarking on the European tour in the summer, during which it will arrive in Israel for the first time.
The show will sell only 700 tickets, with the first 100 selling at a discounted price of only NIS 249 to the buyers in PayPal, leaving the price at NIS 279.
They will also sell about 50 VIP tickets, including a meeting with the band members and an official poster of the show.
